1. Scope and contact

NoBrainer.tech operates this website and the private publishing application used for its owned social media accounts. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@nobrainer.tech.

2. Data handled on this website

Free guide requests: email address, time, consent record, campaign labels, and a salted one-way hash of the requesting IP address.
Support messages: the contact details and content you choose to send.
Technical records: hosting logs may include IP address, browser information, requested path, referrer, and time for security and reliability.
Consent choice: one first-party cookie records whether optional analytics were accepted or rejected.

3. Analytics and campaign attribution

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load only after you accept optional analytics. They may receive device, browser, IP-derived, page, referrer, campaign, and interaction information under their own policies. NoBrainer.tech sends offer identifiers and campaign labels, not email addresses, in its website analytics events.

Links from this website to Gumroad include non-personal campaign labels such as source, medium, campaign, and link location. These labels do not require an analytics cookie and let an eventual Gumroad order be attributed to the page or campaign that referred it. Campaign labels must never contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal data.

4. Gumroad checkout and purchases

Products, checkout, payment, receipts, and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad. Gumroad collects the information needed to process the order under the Gumroad Privacy Policy. NoBrainer.tech receives seller records needed for delivery, support, fraud handling, refunds, accounting, and aggregated sales reporting. Payment card details are not handled by this website.

5. How data is used

Provide requested downloads and the follow-up emails you expressly accepted.
Deliver purchases, answer support requests, and maintain transaction records.
Measure website and campaign performance after analytics consent.
Protect the site, limit abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain reliable service.
Publish and monitor content on NoBrainer.tech owned Facebook and Instagram accounts.

6. Service providers and transfers

Data is disclosed only when needed to run the service, comply with law, or protect the service. Providers include the website host, private self-hosted automation, Gumroad for commerce, and, after analytics consent, Google and Meta for measurement. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their policies. NoBrainer.tech does not sell personal data.

7. Social publishing application

The private application may handle:

Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account access tokens.
Owned account identifiers and basic page metadata.
Scheduled content and publishing status for NoBrainer.tech accounts.

It is not used to collect profiles or content from third-party followers. Tokens and scheduling data are kept on private self-hosted infrastructure and access is restricted.

8. Retention

Free guide and follow-up records are kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or request deletion, except where law requires a record to be retained.
Purchase and support records are kept for delivery, accounting, tax, dispute, and legal obligations.
Social publishing tokens are kept until access is revoked or the owned account is disconnected.
The analytics consent cookie expires after 365 days unless you reset it sooner.
Technical logs are retained according to hosting, security, and operational needs.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may:

Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal data.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Unsubscribe from follow-up email using the link in the message.
Revoke the social publishing application through Facebook or Instagram settings.
Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work.

10. Cookie controls

Rejecting optional analytics prevents this site from loading Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Resetting the choice deletes the consent cookie. On the next page load, the consent banner will ask again.

11. Data deletion

Email hello@nobrainer.tech with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and identify the address or account involved. Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may be restricted instead of deleted until the applicable obligation ends.
