By purchasing or downloading products from NoBrainer.tech, you agree to these terms. Purchases completed through Gumroad are also subject to the terms shown by Gumroad at checkout, with Gumroad acting as merchant of record for those transactions.
NoBrainer.tech sells digital products, including guided workflow packages and field-guide knowledge layers, for software engineers and QA professionals. All products are delivered digitally; the exact files and delivery boundary are shown on the relevant offer page.
Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased materials without written permission.
For paid NoBrainer.tech workflow purchases, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. You may keep the package files you downloaded for your own personal use after the refund. The restrictions on resale and redistribution still apply.
Contact hello@nobrainer.tech with your purchase email and product name, or use the refund request route in your original purchase receipt. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel. Nothing in this voluntary guarantee limits mandatory consumer rights or stronger rights already attached to a purchase.
Products are provided for educational purposes. Results vary based on individual experience and implementation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Each paid workflow purchase includes a minimum of 6 updates in each 12-month period for 5 years from the date of purchase: at least 30 updates in total, at no additional charge for those updates.
We maintain the purchased workflow as AI tools change and current best practices develop. Updates may improve the workflow, its accompanying field guide, examples or compatibility guidance. They are made available through the original purchase platform.
This commitment covers the purchased workflow, not separate products, additional levels, custom implementation or third-party subscriptions and API usage. Your personal license to the files you have received does not expire when the five-year update period ends. We do not guarantee the future availability of third-party services or compatibility with every future model. Stronger update rights already granted remain unchanged.
These terms are governed by Polish law.
